Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after receiving your order confirmation email. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we experience a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. If there is a significant delay, we will notify you via email.

Sanrok offers the following shipping option:

Standard Shipping

  • Cost: FREE

Please note that delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to carriers, customs, or unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates.

Shipping Locations

Sanrok ships to most countries worldwide. However, some products or destinations may have restrictions.

If your country is not available at checkout, we currently do not ship to your location.

International Shipping

For international orders:

  • Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included
  • These fees are the buyer’s responsibility
  • Please check with your local customs office before purchasing

International shipments may be subject to customs delays. Sanrok is not responsible for such delays.

Lost or Damaged Shipments

Sanrok is not responsible for packages marked as “delivered” by the carrier.
