Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after receiving your order confirmation email. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. If there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.


Shipping Options

Sanrok currently offers the following shipping option:

Standard Shipping

  • Estimated delivery time: 2–4 business days
  • Cost: FREE

Please note that these are estimates and not guarantees. Factors such as carrier delays, customs clearance (for international orders), and unforeseen circumstances may impact delivery times.


Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has shipped, including your tracking information. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates.

Shipping Locations

Sanrok ships to most countries worldwide. However, some restrictions may apply depending on the product or destination.

If your country is not available at checkout, we currently do not ship to your location.


International Shipping

For international orders:

  • Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost
  • These charges are the buyer’s responsibility
  • Please check with your country’s customs office for additional costs

International shipments may be subject to customs inspections and delays. Sanrok is not responsible for delays caused by customs.


Lost or Damaged Shipments

Sanrok is not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked as “delivered” by the carrier.

Address Changes

We will do our best to accommodate your request, but changes cannot be guaranteed once the order has been processed.


Shipping Insurance

All orders include basic shipping insurance covering loss or damage during transit. Additional insurance may be available at checkout.


Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day refund policy from the date of delivery.

To be eligible for a refund:

  • The item must be unused and in its original condition
  • The item must be returned in its original packaging

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within a few business days.
